Established in November 2019 as part of the Seoul Station area urban regeneration project, Jungnim Warehouse is now operated by the Dear City Social Cooperative. It serves as an open cultural space where citizens co-create culture through the neighborhood bookstore 149 Pages, pop-up stores, and a basement community hall that hosts gatherings, lectures, and club activities.
